The 7th Annual Windaba Conference and Exhibition will take place on 15 & 16 November this year. Africa’s premier Wind Energy Conference will take place under the theme “Windpower: Building Futures”. The flagship event of the South African Wind Energy Association (SAWEA) is hosted in proud partnership with the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC).
As the annual meeting for the wind energy industry in Africa, Windaba will offer valuable networking platforms and the most relevant information for industry stakeholders on the continent.
This year’s conference programme will tackle real time challenges and opportunities in what remains the worlds most exciting wind energy market. The programme will feature high-quality presentations covering domestic, continental and global perspectives.
In a departure from previous years, themes will be developed over two days. Key conference discussions will include Transformation & Skills Development, Energy Transition & Power Sector Reform as well as Policy, Regulatory framework and Market Trends.
Early bird registration, which comes with a 15% discount on registration fees, has opened and will remain in place until the 29th September.
