Warren Gray from Solid Green Consulting will introduce the current SANS 10400 XA energy regulation and discuss proposed changes and options for complying. Having provided valuable input into XA regulation changes he is well placed to share with us his insights and recommendations on how the building community can prepare for the changes. He will also talk about the new voluntary EDGE green building rating tool from the IFC and GBCSA which uses SANS 10400 XA as a baseline.
