The first call for expression of interest was issued in October 2013; the deadline for it has since passed. The objective of this second call for Expression of Interest is to further identify additional preferred individual consultants and consulting firms that are interested and have suitable capacity, capability and experience to provide the required energy management consultancy services to the PSEE over the project’s duration.Â
